In order to assess any reduction in stress we need to have a starting point for where you are! Once you complete this section a journal will be put in the mail to you so that you can begin the 30 day trial.

Wait for your journal to arrive in the mail!
Trust us, we are just as excited as you are to get started! Waiting is the hardest part! Once your journal arrives, follow the protocol for a daily 6-minute journaling session based on the prompts (3 mins of recalibration, 3 mins of reframing/remembering). Your journal is yours to keep and will remain completely private. No one from our team will ever see your entries.

After your 30 days of journalling, complete the post-study assessment & send us your HRV data!
Your data will remain completely anonymous but will help us refine our protocol and hopefully allow others to begin to more effectively reduce stress and anxiety in their own lives.
